Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 24, 2026

These General Terms and Conditions and Trading Terms ("Conditions") apply to purchases of paid plans and credits on Removewatermarks.net at www.removewatermarks.net. They complement our Terms of Service.

1. Contracting party

Your contract for paid services is with the operator of Removewatermarks.net. Business and consumer customers may have different statutory rights, which these Conditions do not limit.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown before checkout and may be stated in USD or EUR. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). By subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

3. Subscriptions and renewals

Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account's billing portal.

4. Right of withdrawal / refunds

Where required by law, consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Because the Service delivers digital processing immediately, you acknowledge that by starting to use paid processing you may lose the withdrawal right for the consumed portion. Refund requests are handled per applicable law.

5. Fair-use and limits

"Unlimited" paid usage is subject to fair use to prevent abuse and automated bulk processing that harms the Service. We may contact you about unusually high usage.

6. Taxes

Prices may be exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g. VAT/GST), which are added at checkout where required.

7. Changes

We may update these Conditions. Continued use of paid services after an update constitutes acceptance.
