Terms of Service

Last updated: July 24, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Removewatermarks.net website and watermark-removal, background-removal and PDF tools (the "Service") available at www.removewatermarks.net. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Removewatermarks.net lets you upload images, submit media links, or upload PDF files so the Service can process them (for example, to remove a watermark or convert a document). You are responsible for the content you submit and must have the necessary rights to process it.

2. Your account

You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to process content that infringes intellectual-property rights, that is unlawful, or that removes watermarks you are not authorized to remove. We may refuse or remove any content and limit usage to protect the Service.

4. Free tier and paid plans

The free tier includes a monthly quota. Paid plans provide expanded or unlimited usage and are billed through our payment processor. Paid access is granted only after successful payment confirmation.

5. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the content you submit. You grant Removewatermarks.net a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service. The Service software, brand and site are owned by Removewatermarks.net.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that watermark or background removal will be perfect for every input.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Removewatermarks.net is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
